We had a great experience with Kaizen Leisure. Niall and his team were professional, knowledgeable and very easy to deal with.
They arrived when they said they would and were prompt and efficient throughout. They serviced our cardio and pin-loaded weight machines to a very high standard, and everything is now running perfectly. Communication was excellent throughout.
Highly recommend. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very happy with my experience when dealing with Niall from Kaizen leisure. From the first call to discuss what was right for me through to the prompt delivery of what was a bike in great condition I’d recommend them to anyone.

I saw a Keizer spin bike at the Mardyke arena and thought I would love to own one.I contacted Niall and was the best move I ever made. What a gentleman. We spoke and I had my bike within days and at a very reasonable price as well.I would highly recommend his company. Thanks Niall

I recently purchased a pre-owned Wattbike. I spotted the ad on donedeal.ie.
From my first contact to the bike being delivered I'm very happy.
Despite the bike being used, it looks almost new. It was very well secured on a pallet which was delivered to my door. I would definitely recommend Kaizen leisure, and I will be using them again.

I can’t recommend Kaizen highly enough. I had a great experience dealing with them. I bought a Keiser M3i. The bike arrived quickly. The website mentioned that, as bikes were pre-owned there may be some wear or surface rust however the item that arrived was like new. My bike came without a media shelf for holding Phibes/tablets. I contacted Kaizen to enquire and Niall mentioned it didn’t come with the bike but says he’d send one out anyway. The item was shipped by registered post and Niall contacted me to advise it was on its way. While he was at it he answered any questions I had and stressed to give him a shout if I had any issues down the line. Overall my experience was fantastic. They’ll be my first call next time I’m purchasing gym equipment.

I recently bought a Technogym treadmill from Kaizen Leisure, and I couldn't be happier with the service. Niall was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the whole process. He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. Even when I had a question after delivery on a Saturday, he responded promptly, which shows how much they care about their customers. The after-sales support is top-notch. If you're considering buying fitness equipment, I highly recommend Niall and www.kaizenleisure.com. Great service all around!
